JK&B Capital
JK&B was founded in 1996 by David Kronfeld, an experienced, highly regarded venture capital investor and telecommunications industry executive. JK&B was formed with the sponsorship of Charles Wang, the founder of Computer Associates, Inc., and financier George Soros, investing through Soros Fund Management LLC, (the Soros Group). JK&B currently manages $900 million in capital commitments in the communications and software markets.

Steamboat Ventures is the venture arm of the Walt Disney Company. Steamboat invests in early- to mid-stage, technology-focused companies that are pursuing opportunities in emerging media and entertainment markets. Although the fund is primarily focused on technology investments, Steamboat also considers venture investments in other areas of broad strategic importance to The Walt Disney Company.

Chess Ventures is a private equity firm that invests in earlier-stage technology companies that have direct application to the financial services industry. The firm is headquartered in San Francisco, with an office in London, and it is funded in part by the Schwab family. Chess Ventures, Ltd., is the investment vehicle used to conduct the strategic investment activities of the firm. The investment team is led by Charles Schwab, Jr. and the shareholders include both the Schwab family and large financial institutions located outside of the United States. The strategic goal is to provide the Fund's shareholders with the ability to access and adopt new technologies that will provide competitive advantage and direct financial benefit.
